The Paquets (Tobies, or Hands as they are also called) are designed to be added to a Gris Gris or Nature Sack, but may also be used alone, such as placing it on the altar during a ritual for that paquet’s intent. They are small bundles of herbs, roots, powders, and stones folded up in vellum with or without veve's or sigils. They are very powerful, discreet, and a talisman and offering all in one!

When making the Planetary Square, print (or write) it out in the representative planet’s color:

Moon – White or Silver

Mars – Red

Mercury – Purple

Jupiter – Blue

Venus – Green

Saturn – Black

Sun – Gold or Yellow

Or, if you choose, use the color representative of the paquet’s purpose, such as green for money, gold for abundance, red or passion, pink for love, or whatever colors you feel best represent your intent. Mine are printed on the computer in the appropriate color and then wrapped & tied with string in its corresponding color.

When you make the paquet, write your name on it, or the name of whomever the work is for, soak it in a enough whiskey or rum to cover it for 24 hours. Remove it and allow it to dry; the evaporating rum or whiskey is the offering to the deities. Then, add it to your Mojo, Gris Gris, or Nature Sack.
