Welcome to Hoodoo Hill (named for my Boxer buddy who was never too far from my side until his passing with his best girl, Gris-Gris, on November 2, 2020). My name is Granny Tackett and I’d like to introduce you to various aspects of rootwork and Granny Magic, a form of American Folk Magic; herbs, roots, potions, brews, rituals, spell works, wildcrafting, divination systems, and many other interesting tidbits of folk magic. ReplyDeleteI have an opportunity to have a dream career in my golden years. I ask that it be granted to me, and that it be the dream work I have always wanted. The income will be a blessing, but the joy of doing what I've always wanted will be extra joy to my life!
May these graces that I now request help me to always seek the Kingdom of God and his Righteousness, knowing that God — who dresses with beauty the flowers of the field and abundantly feeds the birds of the sky — will give me all other things. Amen.
