The Language of Candles

The following is from my book A Witch's Craft, Volume 2: A Witch's Book of Correspondences, Chpt. 5 Candle Correspondences. Candle magick is the oldest and simplest form of magick. Lighting a candle, stating your intent, and watching the candle burn will tell you quite a bit about the energies being sent out for manifestation of your need or want. They will also alert you to any problems. I hope you get some use from the information.

Blessings!

******
Language of Candles
The Fire Elemental is  the Salamander and how the flame burns the candle is it’s language. So if you learn to interpret it’s language you’ll have a deeper understanding of what the energies are doing for you.

First make sure that your candle is not in a draft. Then after all possible outside problems have been considered and alleviated take a look at the candle. If the wick is too small the flame will go out no matter what you do. If the wick is too thick it will burn with a lot of soot. Once these possibilities have been investigated consider the fact that some candles are just poorly made. Get another candle and start over. Once you’ve burned a few candles you’ll get an idea of what to look for. That said, now take a look at the divinatory meanings of how a candle burns:

The longer your candles stays lit, the more energy that is being sent towards your intent.

A strong flame means that the strength of the Witch and the object is powerful and the energies being sent out by the Salamander are working towards the manifestation of your intent.

When the candle burns clean and evenly the spell or blessing will most likely be successful. A glass encased candle that burns and leaves no marks on the glass is preferred, as is a free-standing candle that leaves little or no residue.

A pillar or taper candle that runs and melts while it is burning is a good omen. For example if you are doing a money spell and the wax flows onto the monetary offering this is a sign that the energies are eagerly at work and the money is being blessed. Another action to watch for is in a love spell when the wax flows together from one candle into the other  Is the female’s wax overflowing the male’s or vice versa, or are they flowing together, joining into one puddle.

Another thing to look at after the candle is finished burning and there is a puddle left behind is the shape of the puddle. Can you see a familiar shape in it?  Did the red love candle leave a heart shaped puddle behind?  Look and see, watch the results and learn what your candle spell work is saying to you. (I performed a Passing Over ritual for my step-mother and the wax from her candle formed a woman’s face with long flowing hair behind and an arm wrapping in a form of embrace around the wax from the candle that was for my Dad. The whole ritual was very powerful and a great success).

A word of precaution here is that a Witch should never try to influence the flow of a candle’s wax. This is unethical in your workings and can have consequences. Let the spell work as it will and if the result is not to your desire then rethink it and rework it perfecting it until it’s right. Then if it still doesn’t work consider that the Goddess has other plans.

When a glass encased candle burns half clean and half dirt there are hidden troubles for the spell’s recipient. There may also be someone working against your wishes. The desired result may not work as intended, but by perfecting and reworking the spell everything should come out as wanted.

If a pillar or taper candle smokes a lot but burns out cleanly, then again there are hidden troubles. Rethink, rework and repeat the spell and your intent should be fulfilled.

A candle (pillar, taper, glass encased, etc.) that burns dirty producing a black soot is not a good sign. This means that the spell probably won’t work, the requested blessing may fail or the person for whom the spell work was performed is under more stress or trouble than initially considered. If this is an un-hexing work then consider that the person who sent those negative energies out in the first place is fighting off your counter actions.

If the candle goes out completely (and keeps going out) before it has hardly begun to melt this is an indicator that someone very strong is working against your spell work. Start the spell again from the beginning, but you’ll have to find and use much stronger ingredients (herbs, stones, chants, knot work, etc.). Also check the quality of your candle wick, with luck a new candle is all that is needed.

For the candle that tips over and becomes a fire hazard know that the spell will definitely fail and there is an aspect of possible danger to yourself and/or the querant. To alleviate this problem first do a very thorough uncrossing spell on everyone involved, ritually cleanse the area, rework and enhance the spell with stronger attributes and try again.

A fast burning candle, one that burns faster than normal, tells you that your working will go well but will not last for long. A repeat of the spell will probably be in order. However, if the desire is for a fast result but the retention length of the intent is of no consequence, then this would be a perfect result.

A weak flame means that the Witch may have to re-evaluate or repeat the working of the spell to make it stronger, as there may be strong opposition to it‘s manifestation. Another possibility is that the spell itself may be too weak to produce enough energy for it‘s completion. Usually, you can feel the energies moving while working the spell. If it’s a strong one you know it! Weak ones kind of leave you with a feeling of “what did I leave out or forget?”

A jumping, dipping, guttering then flaring up again flame indicates bursts of energy being sent out which could be the work of the Elementals, the Witch’s intense emotions, or the subconscious response of the person the work is performed for may be influencing the energies. Make sure you are grounded and centered before beginning your magickal working because your emotions will influence your work.

A rainbow flame is beautiful to see!  Note the colors that are being communicated by the Salamander. The interpretation of these are a direct message for you in reference to the magickal work being conducted.
A halo is the Divine itself come to assist in the Witch’s magickal endeavor. Quite often when this occurs, the flame itself will be a deep blue or purple with a white or gold halo.  A very beautiful flame to witness!

The smoke of the candle is also a part of it’s language. The way it moves gives more interpretation to the working of the spell or ritual. First verify that there are no obvious drafts causing the movement.

Northern movement of the smoke signifies that something physical is manifesting. The Witch will have to work to achieve what is desired.

Eastern movement means something mental is manifesting. Patience and the ability to think things through are key factors in the success of the spell.

Southern movement means that success will come on strong, but it will be short lived.

Western movement signifies that there is strong Magickal intervention. The issue is too emotional and the Witch is too involved to be clear headed. Back off for a while then try again.

Another aspect of candle language is the sounds it makes. If you listen carefully you will notice that a candle doesn’t burn silently.  In fact, it talks quite a bit.

Soft, infrequent noise refers to pure thoughts and intimate conversations.

Mild frequent noise is like a figure of authority giving orders and directions.

Strong frequent noise is much like the loud chatter of disagreements, arguments and quarrels.

  1. What does it mean When a free standing candle leaves no wax puddle nor any wax on the holders

    1. YAAAAAAAY! :D

That is the PERFECT candle burning and tells you that 1) there are no obstacles, 2) everything will flow smoothly, and 3) what you're wanting should manifest quickly. (Do remember, what WE want to manifest and HOW we want it to manifest MAY not be what the Divine has in mind - but trust that it WILL be GREAT!)

Good for you & good luck!

    2. Hi! New to this! I have 1 question that i would like to ask ? I lit a red pillar candle for my ex and everything was going smooth till this morning i went to check on it and it burned blackish white, like the plate it was on cracked too! Please tell me what this means im worried

      Delete
    3. First, you used a red candle. Red is a very powerful color with lots of energy behind it. It is fast-acting and used only when something is very dire in importance, such as money to keep from eviction, or healing after an accident. Love situations, if this is what you're trying to do, is NOT a situation for a red candle. Unless you're just looking for a bed-buddy and no relationship.

The fact that the candle had lots of sooty residue and it broke the plate beneath it tells you right there that this relationship is volatile and 'enter at your own risk.' If you pursue this relationship, there will be problems, and not of any easy-fix kind either.

Honestly, move on. Do a love-finding work that involves using white, pink, and light blue candles. These will bring a equal, loving, and 'true-blue' honest relationship. And this 'ex' of yours - run from, he's not good for you (or anyone else).

      Good luck.

  4. Your high flame with the black soot is not good. The situation is 'volatile' (the high flame) and there are many obstacles (sooty glass) holding everything back from clearing up.

The ball on the wick is a huge obstacle blocking the way. The steady flame means that it is the way it's going to be - blocked, fully and steadily. The white smoke could be considered as something like a fog - poor visibility, can't progress, a definite block.

Consider if all of these things you're experiencing with your works were the opposite, no soot, steady flame, perfect wick - then you'd have things going your way.

I would suggest for the father's working to alter the purpose. Instead of for him to return, do it so that full and true love comes to you and your daughter. No names, no ideas of 'who', just real, true love that you both deserve. IF it is him, great. If not, trust that the Divine has someone better in mind.

Since I don't know what the other work is about, I would still suggest taking the purpose and re-working it from a different angle. Sometimes all we need is to change from what WE want to what the Divine wants for us (and trust me, THAT is always going to be better!)

    :)

  5. evening to you... what does it means if we are burning a stand-alone, pillar candle with a picture underneath the holder and the wax suddenly begins to stream really quickly forming two puddles of wax directly over the face in the picture, covering the entire facial area. In the process, there is crackling sounds. Then it just begins to burn normal once again with a very high flame to medium flame.

Very quick candle burn too may add after that process. Thank you for your guidance.

    1. If this was a work for protection, then damn! Good job!

If it was a work for destruction, then damn! Good job!

:) Whoever the person is - they're 'covered' with whatever it is you sent their way.

  6. You didn't tell me whether the intent of the work was to basically bless or to hex/curse the person. The fact that the wax pooled over the face, covering it, says that the intent is going to its intended recipient (the person in the picture); the crackling is the destruction of obstacles toward sending it their way, and the higher flame level says that it will happen fast & quick - which may or may not be a good thing. Sometimes long & slow or just steady is better. Regardless, whatever the purpose of your work, it has a high level probability of success very soon.

    Good job!
    :)

    1. The soot in the candle's glass encasing gives you an idea as to what level of blockage there is to your work. The fact that they were lightening up is a good sign, but it also sounds like it may take (if you choose to continue) quite a few more weeks of work to accomplish your goal. Good luck - and good work! :)

  8. I'm burning a candle and the wick is still standing with the fire burning out at the bottom what does that mean. It's for love and attraction red, made for someone

    1. Trouble on the "back end". Even if you accomplish the goal of the work, there is going to be trouble. First, you don't want to use a red candle for love. Red is a fast-acting color but it has no lasting value.

Your candle burning from the bottom side is basically "out of the frying pan and into the fire". Not a good situation, and certainly not what you want when looking for love.

Use a pink candle, which works quickly, but has long-lasting energy value.

      Hope that helps you. :)

  9. This may sounds bizarre but my white and purple candle flicker, jump and are ultimately out of control whereas my black candle is steady and strong. They are beside one another so what does this mean?
In addition, I dont use candles in specific spells I enjoy lighting them to feel their energy. However if I ask the candles to Flickr, they do.. And i am able to get one to respond while the others stay still... Is this normal? What am I actually doing?

    ReplyDelete

    1. The purple & white candle has told you that there are some problems with that part of what you're doing the work for. Barriers, sudden problems arising - that sort of thing.

The black candle's purpose is clear and has no obstacles in its way. Whatever it is for will be successful.

You're like me - your personal Element is Fire. You can control fire, because its Elemental has given you this gift. You can never control the Elemental or the Element of Fire, but you can control the effects of fire (note the upper & lower case "F/f" usage in the sentence).

Is it 'normal' - for those of us who are Fire - absolutely! Be proud - there aren't many of us! :)

  10. I use birthday candles because they're the only one I can find around here (I menaged to buy some tealight red candles that come without the tin thingy at a store that closed down). The birthday candles tend to form knots and therefore twin flames so when it happens during love spells, I don't really know what to think of it.
Right now I'm working on a honey jar for love (it is for a specific person), the first day I lighted one of those red candles and it went down quite nicely, the wick wasn't centered so I didn't think much of it when the wax melted a bit on the side. For the past three days the birthday candles have burned fine, the first one went out quite quickly and with a high flame, the second one did the same but burned a bit longer and the one I used just now, well it was anointed with herbs too and kept popping and making a bit of white smoke while doing that; the flame was incredibly high and big therefore melting the wax faster and leaving out more of the wick that curled into knots, resulting in twin flames. The thing is, it took it a hour to go out, it didn't want to and I don't know what to think. It actually melted away almost all the wax from the other candles, and when it finally went out, white smoke came from it.
What could this mean? (Sorry, I'm a newbie)

    1. Don't apologize for being a 'newbie' - we all start somewhere! :) I apologize for not responding sooner. My life has taken a huge left turn and I am now a newspaper owner/publisher, which takes most of my time now.

Anyway, to your questions: I hate those big knots and double flames. They're not bad, but they are annoying because 1) is it a fault of the candle's manufacturing, 2) is it a factor in the spell's working, 3) does it impact the spell?

My guess is (you're going to hate me for this) - it's all three! Ugh. Yeah, very annoying, I know!

Pay attention to what the spell is for and when the candles do these things (keep notes to refer back to), and then as the spell's work takes effect, notice HOW it takes affect: was there a 'bump' in the road? or two choices presented itself? or did it work fine, but suddenly you realize you've had 'smoke' blown up your ass? ;)

Much of these are things that will play out in time. Unfortunately, more often than not that is how we find out what worked when and how. But ONLY by keeping notes can we refer back to see correlations, successes, areas that need to be tweaked, or outright failures.

Hope that helps, at least somewhat. :)

  12. Hi. Im burning 4 encased glass candles. The red white and green are tall candles and the pink one is a small aromatherapy candle (sandlewood and rose).
My white candle is for all over happiness in life. My green candle is for wealth money and finances. My pink candle is for friendship and my red candle is for love.
The white candle has a smooth steady burn no movements jumps or flickers and it let off one puff of white smoke so far. I dont know which way it blew i caught it out the corner of my eye. No soot at all the burnt wick is still attached to the burning wick and the burnt wick is white and shaped like half a heart.
The green candle is kind of burning the same as the white one except the flame isn't as big and the blue part of the flame is darker than on the white candle flame as well as the others and the burnt wick on the green candle is just straight down into the wax but wont fall off either. Also the green candle seems to be burning only to left.
The pink candle has a nice strong slow burn and burning more so to the left as well.the flame height is normal as well. Not too strong not too weak.
The red candle has been dancing and flaming and flickering and blowing since i started my prayers. It crackled a few times while i was praying but hasnt since ive finished. The flame is strong and has a very big knot on the wick. There is also 2 pieces of black soot in the melted wax. Its burning slow as well even tho the fire is high and dancing a whole lot.
Also the candles are placed in a square and i prayed over them all at once but a seperate prayer for each one. What could these all possibly mean. I have a idea but im still kinda new to this. Only my 3rd time doing this. Thank you in advance!

    1. Congratulations on your spellwork! It takes a lot of strength to begin working with candles in spellwork. They're literally the energy/heat that gets the spell's energy moving to the Divine. Words are powerful, but it's a candle's flame that has the energy & power of the Sun (created by the Divine!) that sends that spellwork out to be manifest.

I would suggest doing each of these works separately though. There can be confused energies when you do differing types of works all in the same space.

      For example:
White candle = your happiness - this is a candle with the purpose that is broad, and with no true defined aspect or physical, tangible 'thing'.
Green candle = your money/finances - this candle's purpose is far more defined (although not as defined as "job, raise, or promotion."
Pink candle = friendship - another generalized purpose, like the white one.
Red candle = love - huge no-no here. Red is lust, fast affairs, nothing strong and solid. A small red candle combined with large pink and/or white candles would bring a strong, close relationship that is filled with passion. Red alone - you're going to get a fuck-buddy and nothing more.

The half-heart white candle shows that you are indeed missing something in your life.
Your green candle burning to the left - expect something financial to 'come out of left field'.
Your pink candle did exactly what you want it to. Excellent!
The red candle - yeah; hot, heavy, and full of shit. Look out for what you wish for - you just might get it!

I apologize for being so late in responding, my life has changed considerably and extremely fast the last few months. I am now the owner/publisher/editor of a newspaper, so my time is extremely limited. Please respond if you wish, and I will do my best to be more diligent in posting back for you.

Many blessings on your new spellworkings! You have a great start already! I'm very proud of you, it takes courage to step on to this Path! :)

I sat down bedside it and heard it popping and crackling, so I just focused harder and stated my.intent out loud. Afterward the flame popped and a piece of fire flew out at me. Could you hopefully give me some insight and wisdom on what u feel this may be? I've never had anything happen like this before and I've only just recently started to really practice.

    1. Red is good for passion, but horrible for affection and a permanent relationship. Pink is always the better color to use. Red is fast, hard, non-lasting. Pink is calm, sweet, loving, and long-lasting.

The manner in which the candle popped and send a piece out at you...I would've put that candle out immediately. Who ever it is that the energies were lining up for you to hook up with is NOT a good person for a lasting relationship.

Please let me know how this turned out in the end. :)

  15. I burned a taper candle, white, to release my mother's husband on the chance that something magick caused him to abandon his family for another woman. He used to be a devoted father but since taking up with this other woman he has definitely changed. My question is, what does it mean if the candle has lots of tears, but then leaves behind sort of towers of tears when it burned all the way down. I am going to do the work again because the flame and smoke indicates lots of powerful opposition. I haven't faith in my spirits though, so I am going to rely on their strength.

    1. Definitely lots of heartache and 'tears' to the situation, which is reflected in the candle's method of burning down. When someone causes that much pain to loved ones, it is best to do works of peace and easing of the pain and moving forward. The person who has left has their own cross to bear, especially once they realize what they've done. Right now, they're in 'me' mode, but when that fades, the 'we' mode steps in and there are amends to be made. Not necessarily reconciliation, but apologies and that sort of thing. I hope your mother's pain eases soon. I am sorry to hear such a sad thing has happened to her. At least she has you, and you can call on the Spirits and Guides to help bring the peace of the Divine to her.

I burned a taper candle in a clear candle holder that you stick the candle in. it stated to burn a red candle as I said the prayer, the candle burned high the whole time until the end, then it flickered alittle then when strong (this is when I thought the candle should have died cause it was no more candel left just wax) the candle flame then went out and I was left with a little wax inside the candle holder. what does this mean for the prayer that I sent will what I ask for be given to me. it's a nine inch taper candle that burned from around 7:30pm November 29th to 6:30ish am November 30th. I am supposed to say the prayer for 7 days.

I gather all of this type of detritus, wrap it up in the petition paper (if there was one) or a piece of cloth, tie it closed with cotton string, and place it on an empty space on the altar or put it away in a drawer or a box near the altar.

The fact that it burned so well says that you should have very good success with what you want. :)

  17. Hi! I'm a newbie so I had an experienced witch of 20 + years do a break up spell. She burned 5 black taper candles individually 4 days. The first 2 melted into identical faces of a woman. The 3rd into a man holding a baby with a penis visible. The 4th into a foot with toes and the 5th melted into a puddle all over the faces and male image but not the foot. All times the flame was high and still. The highest on the last candle. But the last candle wax puddle had charring around the edges. And what appeared to be a knife on the side from drippings. What's your take? We both felt it was a positive sign just not sure on the charring part.

    1. Two women, a man and child, and a foot: the man cheated on one woman with the other, and a child was conceived or involved in some way, and there was a breakup. Yes, definitely a positive sign that the breakup would occur. The charring would be the residual anger, the obstacles that could get in the way of the breakup being clean. But I take it as being a minor issue, otherwise the entire message would not be so heavily positive.

  18. Hi! Well, I've been burning some candles for praying for a love situation, It was a honey jar, and following the instructions I had to burn 7 candles the first week, and then 1 candle every monday, wednesday and friday. I just had 2 red candles and white candles, I read I could use white instead of other color because it's all purposes (just until I get the pink ones). The two red candles burned completely clean. Then the white ones left some tears on the jar, and puddles. But, once I put the new one in pink and I went to sleep something I'd never seen happened: Once I woke up and I saw my jar the pink one had burned itself completely clean, and burned out the puddles the white ones had left, leaven some more tears on the sides of the jar. What do you think about it? I haven't found anything about it. Someone told me that my pink candle had purified everything that the white candles sent.

  20. hello.
doing some protection work for me and by children calling on st michael archangel. we are in a very bad situation at the moment.
3 white candles for us with fiery wall of protection oil, a red candle for michael.
the white candles burned clean, the red candle burned very fast with lots of dripping, normal sized flame then at the end a tiny flame burned for a long time.
the wax left from the red candle was in the shape of a flour with arms extending towards the children's candles.
what is your take on this?
    thanks

  21. The protection candles for your kids burned clean, which means they are well-protected. The fast burning, dripping red candle showed that it was having to overcome obstacles or negativity. But it then burning slowly, and then the wax flower extended toward the white candles, I would say that it was reaching out to embrace and bless them with even stronger protection. :)

  22. Hi granny,
I'm very new to this, so please bear with me.
I've started burning a pink candle regarding a love situation.
I always say a few prayers while lighting it and afterwards.
I noticed while burning the candle, the flame starts off high and strong flame. As it burns, I notice that the flame is dancing continuously, high and strong. But the wick blossomed as a flower while burning.
Would you mind telling me what this means?

Thank you for all your help and guidance. :)

    1. Strong flames are good. It shows there is high energy working for you. The dancing is usually due to (provide there are no drafts affecting the flame, such as from an air conditioner or whatever) energies that may be trying to block the working being done. The dancing is kind of like a "dodging" to avoid the hits of negativity. Once the flame balances out again, then those obstacles have been removed. If the wick's 'flowering' occurred once the flame balanced out, then I would say that the relationship is meant to "blossom & flower." If the dancing flame and the flower were at the same time, then there will be a relationship, but it will probably be a bit 'rocky,' but that's not to say that it wouldn't last or be good relationship; only that it may have a rough start. :)

    1. It's not uncommon for glass candles to have a small amount of wax left over - the flame of the candle can only burn that which is immediately around the wick. Since the glass was clear, then everything should work well. There was no soot, so there were not negative aspects or obstacles in the way.

After the candle was done i check my candle and cleaned my alter to see their was a burned side of my glass from the outside and also my picture was burned (my face). I didnt know how that could even happen.

Note: the glass candle was inside of a another glass cylinder vase and so was my picture.

    1. Someone or some-thing is working to block your prosperity.

I did a reading for you regarding the situation.
Yes, there is definitely someone blocking your prosperity. It is being done through deceit, someone you know and trust. Guard yourself, and seek the guidance and assistance of others to combat the situation and get justice (meaning, that they leave you alone, and you move on from them). In the end, you'll succeed.

Once the person is confronted, and removed the your presence, everything will settle in and your prosperity will return.

To be honest, when I pulled these cards, I thought they were going to be for you, but it turns out that they were also meant for me. I have gone through this EXACT situation this past month, and I have now gotten to where the prosperity is fulfilling itself.

I had a 'friend' working with me and it turns out that they were not such a friend after all. I almost lost my business as a result, but within a week of their being removed from my presence, my bills were paid and now, at the end of the month I actually have money in the bank...something that hasn't happened in months!

YOU will have the same thing happen to you when you find out who it is that is blocking you (not a true friend at all!), remove them from your presence, and watch everything turn around instantly!

      Good luck!

  25. I recently found out me & my bf are rooted by this lady he cheated with.. I can't get thru to him to go get checked so he can get the roots off him instead he's accusing me of putting roots on him.. I burned a bend over candle to try & make him go but it burned black halfway down the glass & we argued da entire time the candle was burning so I'm not sure if that caused the candle to burn halfway black.. What does this mean and what else should I try to get thru to him..??

    1. You've definitely got a problem! Your arguing was probably causing BY the 'heat' of the flame, and the black would be 1) a result of all that 'heat', but also 2) yes, I'd say he's got roots on him, which are blocking you big time.

You'll need to take another route. Rather than a Bend Over, which is basically disregarding his will, I would suggest going at it from several angles.
First, a Honey Jar to sweeten him up, but add some sugar to speed it up a bit.
      Second, a Remove Blockages work.
Next, a Banishing & Binding work on the other woman.
The final one would be a Love work that is for good, loving, equal relationship...with a bit of "Lover Be True" added in! ;)

You sound like you're very familiar with all of this, so I suggest reading up a bit to see what exactly you need for each, and then do them yourself. If you need any advice or assistance, just let me know.

      You go this!
      :)

    2. What exactly is a honey jar..?? I'm not trying to do anything to the other womann but if that what it takes, I really want to get thru to him because right now he's not believing anything I say when I tell him the other woman has roots on him... He believes everything she says so she has basically turned him against me.. If I do get thru to him I dnt want whoever he goes to see to know that I'm burning candles or anything.. I'm familiar with some stuff cause I've been dealing wit this for sometime now..

I can understand not wanting others to know. :) That's the beauty of a Honey Jar. You make it, burn a candle on it, at least once, more if you can, and then place the jar in a hidden place in a cabinet or drawer, and let it do its work. No one even has to know it's there. :)

  26. Hi guys!! Super new to this.. but I did a candle melding spell to bring back my bf (long story shorty we broke up and were both trying to work past the pain to get back together) and I did 2 red free standing candles side by side touching each other with our initials and birthday carved in. at the end this is what was left behind, can someone interpret this for me? or even the shape of the candle wax please?? <3 <3 <3

  27. For love works, such as reconciliation, I rarely suggest using red candles. Red is a very powerful color, with a lot of energy behind it. It is good for getting things done fast, but there is usually never any staying power behind it. It's a 'quick fix,' so I would suggest doing another one, in the same manner as the first, but using pink and/or white candles, as well as a light blue thrown in for good measure.

While your red candles blended together beautifully, I'd still worry that the red will not hold you two together as you want. You've given the energy toward your reconciliation the proverbial 'shot in the arm,' now cover it with a nice, snuggly, warm blanket with a pink & white candle work. For fidelity and long lasting love, have the light blue candle above the other two, forming a triangle on one plate, or have it separate, which ever you feel is best.

Hope everything works out as you hope, you're definitely on the right track!

    :)

    1. Ohhh!! Okay! Which should his candle be? the white or pink one?? also, when should I do this "follow up" spell??? I did this spell this past Friday on the waxing moon.

Also, do you think there can be too many spells done on this person?
I did 1) to make him unmad/upset -worked
i did (2) banishing spells that remove anything harming him (first one) then the second I did banishing negative people around us
      3) was a honey jar spell
      4) is the one I just did with the red candles.

thank you for answering me so quickly!!<3

    2. Hi Granny Tackett <3

So I redid the spell again, same concept.

I had a light blue at the top
      1 pink at the bottom
and 1 white "Working candle" (same as last time)

my candle burned a little bit faster but not too much. Mine went out first then my ex bf.
next the white candle came down and burned
the light blue took the LONGEST!! but that candle left the least wax. That flame was steady and pretty strong.

once again here is the pic, what can you make out of that Granny Tackett? :)

  28. Hi Granny Tackett,

Its me again K.R. (the one with the red candle melding spell then did the pink one as suggested by you) does it mean anything if my candle wicks all "fell" in the same direction when they went out? In the red heart they both fell downwards. on the pink candles (with blue and white) they all fell facing the same way to the right. Also, the pink candles melted into a much bigger puddle than the red ones!! Both the blue candle you suggested and the white one meshed with the two pink ones. Any thoughts please?<3

    1. Out of curiosity...which direction (north, south, east, or west) did the wicks fall. You say, "to the right" - but what direction was it? I'm thinking seasons here: North-winter, East-spring, South-summer, West-autumn.

The way everything melted together, and nothing negative jumped out at you (you'd see it immediately if this was the case), then I'd say it was a very good work that should manifest itself - and probably in the season that the wicks indicated.

      :)

  29. What does it mean if my candle's wick creates a knot then later on is gone ? It kinda looked like a flower or tree. It's in glass btw.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. One: it may be the type of wick used when the candle was made...I know mundane and stupid! :D

Two: nothing is random, and regardless if it IS #1 above, it happened because it was supposed to...you could've picked the candle next to it and that one wouldn't have done it, thus THIS one was meant for you!

That said, a flower or tree would be a positive sign. Without knowing what the work was for, then I can't define any further. But, I would take it as a good sign for you.

      :)

  30. Hi there. I was doing a cut and clear spell with a white freestanding candle and a dime sized piece of wax flung from the steady burning candle off the plate in the form of a canine tooth or a fang. Any ideas of this meaning? No soot clean burn, strong steady flame.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Since there was no soot, and it had a strong flame, then I would say that the fang was your confirmation that it had literally "bit" (cut) the intended from the problem, and forcefully too!

If there had been soot, then I would say that there was an huge "biting" obstacle in the way.

:) I hope everything manifests as your work desires it too.

      Blessings!

  31. My best friend purchased a 7 day money candle for me. It will not hold a flame but poured white smoke for about 15mins. It could still be smoking for all I know as I left it going in my office. What does this mean?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. When a candle won't hold it's flame there is extreme blockage going on. A cleansing of yourself and your surroundings will be necessary before proceeding any further.

  32. Greetings and blessings today I started burning my pink love and attraction candle started at about 11:30 yesterday morning and it's about to the next morning and my candle is still burning it has a large fire that has been the same since yesterday morning is flickering and dancing and my WIC is still standing straight and has a huge knot on the top of it it's about three fourths of the way down and it seems like I have a few more hours to go but so far it's been a clean even burn no soot and no smoke what could this mean I am a beginner and this is my first spell please explain

    ReplyDelete

    1. Well, your work is going perfectly! The knot may be a blockage of some sort, but the fact that the candle is still high, then the the blockage is being worked out. How did it all end up when the candle was finally completely out? This will also give further indications.
